Night Vision

hello all! it's that time of year again. time to break out the lights and head out to the trails for a night ride! i love riding at night. it adds a little excitement to my rides and keeps things interesting. a trail i've ridden hundreds of times is suddenly a whole new trail that i've never seen before. however, if you don't have a good light on your bike, it can change quickly from exciting to painful! this year, i invested in NiteRiders MiNewt.200 light system. it retails for $199.00, and is a powerful light in a very compact package. the lithium ion battery mounts either over or under your stem and even fits on my little 90mm stem. and the light will mount anywhere on your bar that you want it.
my first ride with this light was amazing! i rode for 3 hours, never worried about seeing anything, and only turned the high beams on when i was on a downhill. it was worth every penny. the light is rated at 3.5 hour on high and 7 hours on low. unless i do an endurance ride with a whole lot of downhills, i could do an entire endurance event without charging my battery!
so...if you are looking for a new adventure, i recommend strapping on a set of these lights and heading out into the night!
come by our site and check out the latest and greatest lights and many other outdoor items! we have just dded 100's of items to our closeouts/sale pages.
